Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery for any unused product in its original packaging.

Process

1. Email contact@aussiemowerco.com with your order number.
2. We send you a return label and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund is issued within 5 business days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.

Non-refundable items

Used products, items damaged by misuse, and consumables (oil, blades) are not eligible.
